About Nicole Webb

Nicole Webb, Ed.S., NCSP is a nationally certified school psychologist, systems leader, and the Founder and CEO of New School Consulting, where she partners with schools, districts, and organizations to strengthen outcomes for students through MTSS, PBIS, SEL, attendance improvement, school mental health, and psychological services transformation. Nicole provides systems-level consultation and implementation planning, coaching for school-based leadership teams, and professional learning designed to build sustainable capacity for educators and student support professionals. Her work includes coaching behavior teams (including deans), MTSS coordinators, counselors, and social workers to improve tiered supports, align best practices, and strengthen schoolwide systems.

Nicole’s consulting and program development work includes leading a local Atlanta district through the rollout and implementation of district-wide SEL, including the development of SEL standards, program selection, and a three-year professional learning and implementation plan. She also develops and implements Ready to Grow Atlanta, an early learning initiative in collaboration with Atlanta Public Schools and Georgia Early Education Alliance for Ready Students (GEEARS), providing training, coaching, and resources to educators and families of children ages 0–5 through Preschool and Parent Alliance for Academic Confidence Together (PAACT) grant-funded work.

Prior to founding New School Consulting, Nicole served as the Director of Student Supports for Fulton County Schools, where she led the district’s SEL and School Psychology programs, created implementation manuals and procedures, coordinated district-wide professional development, and supervised and evaluated more than forty school psychologists. She strengthened psychological services through improved evaluation processes, structured report development, eligibility guidance, and consultative support across MTSS. Her earlier roles include School Psychologist positions with Fulton County Schools, KIPP Colorado Schools, and Los Angeles Unified School District, and she previously served as a Regional MTSS Coordinator and Mental Health Team Lead, supporting regional implementation planning, coaching, and mental health partnership development.

Nicole is a frequent conference presenter on topics including MTSS, SEL, trauma-informed practices, school-based mental health, behavior supports, and school psychology best practices. She also serves as Product Developer and Product Manager for LilyAssist through the Thriving Students Collective, supporting the creation of an AI-assisted report-writing tool for school psychologists that blends clinical expertise with innovation. In addition, Nicole provides educational advocacy support to families and serves as an expert witness in education-related legal matters. Nicole’s work is grounded in equity, collaboration, and data-driven practices that improve systems and ensure students receive the supports they need to thrive.
