  • Testimonials

Our son was in distress over school and not in a good place. We had been too patient with the school in getting our son evaluated for services and our son had reached a point where he could no longer function and was depressed. We were looking for guidance in how to support our son while we waited to see if he would qualify for an IEP,  and if he did qualify, what we should ask for in terms of services and supports. Nicole’s advocacy made us feel supported and confident that we were doing the right thing for our child and helped us understand the evaluation/IEP process which was overwhelming. Our child was placed in a better situation because of working with Nicole and he became a much happier kid. The process with the school was stressful but would've been much worse had I not had Nicole to consult with. I now feel that my child is getting the support he needs which is invaluable to our family. I would absolutely work with Nicole again should we need her and would encourage anyone needing an advocate to reach out to her for support.

  • Testimonials

My child was not receiving the support needed to thrive.  After multiple attempts without an advocate, I was getting nowhere with the school system. It is extremely challenging to receive services. Nicole gets the job done! Working with Nicole Webb has been an absolute blessing for our family.  Navigating the school system to ensure our child received the right support for ADHD and dyslexia felt overwhelming at first, but Nicole guided us through every step with expertise, compassion and unwavering dedication. We are deeply grateful for Nicole's commitment and heart.  This experience has been truly life-changing for our family.

From the very beginning, she took the time to truly listen to our concerns, understand our child's unique needs, and clearly explain our rights and the school's responsibilities.  Nicole helped us prepare for meetings, review evaluations, and communicate effectively with the school team - ensuring that nothing was overlooked and that our child's voice was heard. As a direct result of working with Nicole Webb, my child now has a comprehensive support plan that addresses both their ADHD, Speech and dyslexia. The school has implemented specialized reading interventions, classroom accommodations, and regular progress monitoring. More importantly, my child’s confidence has grown — they feel seen, supported, and capable for the first time in years. Homework time is no longer a battle, and they walk into school with a sense of belonging and hope. It was a delight to have Nicole on our team; she listened to our needs and was able to navigate the harder conversations. We will be forever grateful for her support and has now become a "family friend!"

  • Testimonials

I reached out to Nicole because I discovered that I was being lied to by one of the school administrator. I was looking for someone who understood my students' educational rights. Nicole advocated to help articulate my concerns, she asked clarifying questions, and ensured that the my voice was heard. Nicole identified areas where services and/or supports were missing and needed improvement. Prior to Nicole's support, I felt stressed and overwhelmed. I am much more comfortable with Nicole on our team. Reaching out to New School Consulting has made all of the difference when meeting with District staff. It is no longer me against a team of 10. New School Consulting leveled the playing field.

She was knowledgeable about the situation, asked great questions and made us feel comfortable that all bases were covered. I recommend Nicole to anyone looking for support.  She’s professional, knowledgeable, and has fair pricing.
